Hey, the name's Garrett, I drive a 96 cobra that's basically stock, save for some springs and struts.

I live in tierrasanta and frequent the starbucks there, and just today I saw a couple of s197's leaving as I was pulling in. Looked and sounded nice, with a wickedstangs banner across each windshield, so I figured i'd check the site out.

I'm a student at UCSD for mechanical engineering and just got my car back after a year of it being motorless. I'll post up a build thread shortly so we can all revel in some 4v awesomeness. Haha

I tried to post up a couple pics, but the site isnt letting me, Maybe its my internet. I will try again when i get home. If any of you have been to the Hobby Shop on Miramar, you have seen my car. Its the black 89 Hatch with a big red strip down the hood. Don't worry, I got a nice can of black spray paint that is going to take care of that damn stripe today :thrasher:

Hey guys. My name's John. Located on MCAS Miramar, been here since Dec. 2008. Been to Barona 1/8th mile a few times, might have seen me stompin around the Miramar and Mira Mesa area. I'm 23, be 24 in July, new to the So Cal area, and I love mustangs, so I thought I might be able to meet some people and make some friends in the area since I dont really have any, haha. Oorah.

Welcome John. You came to the right place for making friends and meeting good people. There are quite a few station at Miramar in this club. You may have seen a few on base. but welcome, glad to have you here and hope to meet you in person soon.

Hey guys, names Matt. Live in Clairemont. Drive an 01 GT vert. Some of you guys may have seen me, car is rediculously loud.

Used to drive a Focus ST and was a pretty big part of that crowd but my current car doesn't really fit in so I was just looking around to meeet new people, Mustang owners of course. :) I know some "clubs" require a fee or whatnot. I'm not sure, do I just cruise out to the next meet or whatnot to see whats up?

Hey Matt, welcome to the club. No, there is no fees to join. All you need to be is just want to be part of our club. We enjoy a family environment. We do car shows, cruise, racing on tracks, and helping each other with their mods or whatever. We do get together such as BBQ, UFC, or just get together to BS and lie to each other :smile: No, we do a variety of things. We have chapters in Central Valley and Inland Empire region of California. We have other chapters in South and North Carolina, Texas, and a few other forming up. So, you have found the right place. Also, if you want more access in the forum like to have a signature, access the games and casino section, a one time $5 donation will give you those access. Otherwise, this club collects no fees or dues. Hope you enjoy and stick around and meet you and one of our coming meets. Some of us will be at the Gearhead Rendevous this Saturday. Check out the calendar for time and location. Any questions, go ahead and post it or PM one of the moderators.
